Common questions
What exactly does the scanner check?
Up to 25 checks across accessibility (EAA/WCAG 2.1 AA) and product safety (GPSR), all based on static HTML analysis. Color contrast, keyboard navigation, and JavaScript-rendered content require a follow-up with a specialist — we are explicit about this limit in every report.
What is the difference between the Free and Starter plan?
Free shows all detected issues and your overall score, but no fix recommendations. Starter adds the full remediation guide for every issue, unlimited scans, 90-day history, and PDF export.
Does a perfect score mean my store is legally compliant?
No. A perfect score means we detected no issues in the areas we check. It is not a legal compliance certificate. Many requirements — GPSR documentation, keyboard behavior, detailed accessibility audits — require a qualified professional to assess.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — no pro-rata charges, no cancellation fees.
Will my store's content be stored?
On the Free plan, HTML is analyzed and immediately discarded — nothing is stored. On paid plans, scan results (findings + scores) are saved to your account history so you can track progress over time. Raw HTML is never retained.
What is the API access on Pro?
Pro accounts get a personal API key (egpsr_...) to run scans and retrieve results programmatically. Useful for integrating compliance checks into your CI pipeline or internal dashboards.
Do you offer agency or volume pricing?
