Terms of Service

By accessing or using EuroGPSR ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of EuroGPSR ("we", "us").

EuroGPSR is an automated audit tool that fetches publicly accessible web pages and analyses their static HTML against a defined set of checks related to:

• The European Accessibility Act (EAA) and WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines
• The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

The Service produces risk scores and findings intended to help store operators identify areas for improvement. The scope is limited to static, publicly accessible HTML content at the time of scanning.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional, accessibility specialist, or compliance consultant for any legally binding assessment. Reliance on our outputs as a substitute for professional advice is done entirely at your own risk.

You may use the Service to:

• Scan publicly accessible URLs that you own or are authorised to audit
• Review and act on findings within your organisation or for clients

You may not:

• Scan URLs you have no authorisation to audit
• Use the Service to facilitate harassment, fraud, or harm to third parties
• Reverse engineer, resell, or reproduce the Service without our written consent
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas
• Use automated means to extract data beyond the APIs we provide

Certain features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are stated on our Pricing page and exclude applicable VAT, which may be added at checkout based on your billing country.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer rights where the Service has not yet been used).

The Service, including its software, design, analysis algorithms, and report formats, is owned by us and protected by applicable IP law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Scan results generated for your URLs belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them in order to deliver the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that scan results are complete, accurate, or current
• We are not liable for any regulatory fines, legal costs, or business losses arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Service
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid subscribers.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence within the EU.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
